Michael Redman is a Theatrical MacGyver, whose passions include creating visually stunning worlds, educating students of all ages (including himself) in emerging technologies, and optimizing your company’s resources to achieve the impossible.

Michael has been a theatre artist since childhood. Growing up in Birmingham, AL, he often devised and directed shows for his family, starring his little brother and their many cousins and friends. In high school, he singlehandedly created a theatre program and renovated the performing arts facility between classes, rehearsals, tennis practice, and his after-school job. College brought a more focused exploration and subsequent love for design and the technical side of theatre. Michael’s early adulthood was a montage of late nights, cross-country moves, 10-out-of-12s, bar napkin sketches, big dreams, and small budgets. He loved every minute. Michael is a 2023 graduate of Brooklyn College Department of Theatre’s graduate program, with an MFA in Scenic and Projections Design. He wants nothing more than to help bring your vision to life.
